SEAC Type represents the evolution of traditional BCDs, thanks to its practical and innovative design that combines comfort and functionality. Made of 420D Nylon and equipped with an incorporated backrest, the SEAC Type jacket guarantees even weight distribution for better comfort.
The new harness allows for quick and easy donning: just clip on the central flat buckle, adjust the front straps and shoulder straps, and you're ready to dive in no time.
The fit has been redesigned to make the SEAC Type jacket even more snug and hydrodynamic, with rotating buckles on the shoulder straps that prevent compression and chafing. Thanks to the mono-bag that inflates without compressing the abdomen, this BCD fits every body type perfectly, offering a customised fit for each diver without compromising freedom of movement.
Ultralight and reliable, it is perfect for travelling.
The SEAC Type jacket also features two large side pockets with gussets, an integrated ballast system (maximum 4 kg each), two back pockets (maximum 2 kg each) and five stainless steel D-rings for maximum safety and practicality when diving.

- A COMFORTABLE AND FUNCTIONAL BCD: Made of a traditional single-bag made of 420D Nylon with a built-in backrest, the SEAC Type is an extremely practical jacket. The straps that adjust the shoulder straps depart directly from the bag to avoid deformation and ensure greater comfort.
- MORE FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT: the fit of this jacket has been redesigned to make it more snug and hydrodynamic, ensuring the necessary freedom of movement. The front rotating buckles on the shoulder straps prevent compression and rubbing of the straps in the bust area, to better fit the female body.
- SUITABLE FOR ALL PHYSIQUES. The mono-bag ‘slips’ over the harness independently. When inflated, the pocket area remains on the hips without compressing the abdominal area, making the SEAC Type jacket perfect for every diver.

Great value for the price. The fit and adjustment options are excellent — nothing shifts during the dive, and the trim pockets are easy to load with additional weight. The integrated weight pockets are simple to fill and can be quickly released if needed. Build quality is solid and appropriate for the price point; don't expect ScubaPro-level hardware, but everything works flawlessly.
One minor note: the tank band is quite stiff when new, so securing the cylinder takes a little more effort at first — this will improve with use.
Buoyancy and trim are surprisingly good for a traditional jacket-style BCD. The air distribution sits toward the upper back and neck area, which actually helps achieve a solid horizontal trim underwater — closer to a wing than you'd expect.
Looks good underwater too, if that matters to you. Would recommend for beginners and recreational divers looking for reliable gear without breaking the bank.
