This Edox watch is a stainless steel automatic watch with 1000 meters water resistance, sapphire crystal, diving bezel and rotating ceramic bezel.

Some 50 years ago, Swiss watchmaker Edox launched the legendary SkyDiver, a sports watch created especially for an elite group of paratroopers. Edox gives with the new SkyDiver Neptunian a great modern makeover while still staying true to its historic legacy.

Water-resistant to an amazing 1000 meter, the Edox SkyDiver Neptunian is built ultra-tough to handle not only the pressures of the deep but, thanks to its strong and durable stainless-steel case, anything on the surface as well. A 3mm-thick sapphire crystal protects the classic, clean dial, is also has a ceramic bezel and the case back features a beautiful engraving of Neptune, the Roman God of the Sea.

It is easy reading the time in low light – or underwater – thanks to the Edox SkyDiver Neptunian’s SuperLuminova X1-coated hands and indices. The built-in helium escape valve guarantees the SkyDiver Neptunian’s Automatic Calibre 80 movement and with its 42-hour power reserve you won’t miss a beat even after extreme use or being deep beneath the surface.

The SkyDiver Neptunian is the evolution of a timeless vintage-watch and an addition to the Edox family of Water Champions watches.

HELIUM VALVE
Some of our CO-1 and Neptunian Timepieces are equipped with a decompression system which allows helium to escape from the inside the watch when worn by professional use in pressure chambers (long-term underwater work, crude oil exploration, etc).

CERAMIC BEZEL
Up to four times harder than stainless steel, ceramic is scratch-resistant and thus extremely durable. Mainly used to build the bezels of Edox watches, this material will also prevent the colours from fading.

SUPER-LUMINOVA X1
This technology, branded under the name of Super-LumiNova, offers brightness in low-light conditions, thanks to a non radioactive and non-toxic material like the tritium previousely employed in the industry.

Edox uses Super-LumiNova X1 for its highly functional attributes. It is applied on watch parts such as hands, numerals, bezel, indices, etc, especially on Edox diving watches.

1000 M / 100 ATM WATER RESISTANCE
Appropriate for extreme deep water or bell diving.
